About the position: n

This role is ideal for a seasoned Criminal Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-admission experience in private practice. As part of the team, you’ll manage a diverse caseload of criminal matters, including serious indictable offences, summary charges, and appellate work.

You will also play a key leadership role, mentoring PLTs, paralegals, and junior lawyers, sharing your expertise to develop their skills and ensure the team’s overall success.



The position demands strong billing capabilities, with an expectation of achieving 5+ billable hours per day, alongside delivering exceptional client service.

If you are an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law or working towards accreditation, this will be highly regarded.

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years PAE in criminal law within private practice.
n
- Demonstrated ability to achieve 5+ billable hours daily.
n
- Proven experience mentoring and supervising PLTs, paralegals, or junior lawyers.
n
- Expertise in managing a diverse criminal caseload with minimal supervision.
n
- Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law (desirable but not essential).
n
