APM Group is seeking a Local Area Coordinator in the Joondalup region of Western Australia to connect with people with disability, their families and carers, helping them navigate the NDIS and Partners in Community.

You will support applications, help participants plan goals, link with community services, and contribute to community awareness while achieving KPIs. This role emphasises warmth, trust, and practical assistance in a connected regional team.
