FORM is a busy specialty cafe at 1 Eagle St in the heart of Brisbane City. We're after a reliable, fast-moving cook to run our breakfast and sandwich section.
The role
Monday to Friday, 6am to 12pm. No nights and no weekends.
Cook breakfast to order and prep and build sandwiches, toasties and grab-and-go food for the morning rush.
Open the kitchen, handle prep and stock rotation, and keep the kitchen clean and food-safe.
About you
At least 1 to 2 years' experience on a cafe line or in a breakfast kitchen.
Quick and consistent under pressure, with a high standard of presentation.
A solid grasp of food safety. A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a bonus.
Reliable with early starts, and full working rights in Australia.
