About the Role

This role is for a Hybrid Claims Consultant within the Group Claims team, based in Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home). The successful candidate will manage and process claims for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and processing claims for clients, reviewing and analysing claims to determine coverage and liability.
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues.
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
- Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of claims.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims management or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance policies,



regulations, and industry standards.
