Due to expansion in our company we require an experienced Quality Control Officer/manager

The position requires the applicant to oversee all the start up procedures, QCP & CCP tests

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing quality control is required

Verify and ensure the products are ready for release to all customers

Keep all registers updated, GMP audits and complete any QA paperwork required

Food safety certification must be held at the time of application

Check all inward product and packaging complies to specification

Verify and Oversee Food safety and Quality procedures and ensure they are being carried out.

undertake manual reviews and internal and external audits

applicant will need application and principles of HACCP

Australian work rights are required for this position
