Austin Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation & Outcome Measure, Education and Auditor Lead to drive leadership in documentation, outcome measurement and audit. This role works with mental health clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen practice and improve patient outcomes.
You will embed best-practice documentation through education, coaching and targeted quality improvement, and shape future service planning and funding across Heidelberg campuses.
