J L KING are a locally owned and operated Food manufacturing & Wholesale fruit and vegetable business

Due to our recent growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment as a pick packer.

The role will start as casual, after trial period it will become a full-time, the hours of work are nights and early morning starts

Qualifications & experience

- Forklift license would be an advantage.
- Some knowledge of fruit and vegetable's
- Picking and packing orders
- Stacking Pallets

Tasks & responsibilities

- Packing orders from a pick slip for wholesale customers.
- Weigh items & note on pick slip.
- Loading and unloading of vehicles (Standard Australian forklift License required)
- Manual Handling which includes lifting
- Picking produce along with Salads and ready Meals
- Quality Assurance




- Receiving stock/stock rotation
- Cleaning and maintaining warehouse presentation.

Eligibility & selection criteria

- Reliable, honest and hard working
- Positive attitude with ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Picking and packing experience highly desirable
- Forklift license will be an advantage
