About the Role

Maincrew Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for an immediate start on a Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) site in the Pilbara working a 4&3 roster.

If you've done site admin before and know what it takes to keep a FIFO site ticking, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Full admin support to the Site Manager, Supervisors, and project teams
- Timesheets, rosters, and personnel tracking (SAP / site systems)
- Document control — permits, inductions, competency records, safety files
- Purchase orders, goods receipting, and stores/inventory management
- Daily, weekly, and monthly site reporting
- Induction and training compliance tracking
- WHS documentation support — incident reports, toolbox talks, JSAs
- Visitor and contractor sign-in/out management
- Meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes

About You

- Proven site administration experience on mining, resources, or construction sites
- Strong Microsoft Office skills — particularly Excel
- SAP or similar ERP system experience
- Experience managing timesheets and personnel logistics in a FIFO environment
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Can work autonomously and juggle competing priorities
- Robust communicator — written and verbal

You'll Also Need





- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Valid WA Driver's Licence (C Class minimum)
- National Police Clearance (less than 6 months, or willing to obtain)
- Pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening

Bonus Points

- Previous experience on FMG sites
- Current FMG site induction
- First Aid certificate
- Cert III/IV in Business Administration
- Working at Heights / Confined Space tickets
