The Chance

We’re looking for new or experienced on‑road Solar & Battery Sales Professionals to service the Gold Coast/Brisbane/Toowoomba/Ballina/Sunshine coast and surrounding areas.

This is a contract role with uncapped commissions (Commission‑only) and realistic earning potential of $250,000+ OTE. No cold calling. No door‑knocking. Just high‑intent appointments and a team that knows how to support closers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Running in‑home consultations

- Understanding each homeowner’s energy use and goals





- Recommending tailored solar + battery solutions

- Presenting clear proposals focused on ROI and long‑term savings

- Managing contracts and clean handovers to our operations team

- Providing a premium experience that drives referrals and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

- On‑Road Solar & Battery Sales Professional

- Proven track record closing high‑ticket, consultative deals

- Robust communication and presentation skills

- Skilled, ethical and customer‑focused approach

- Self‑driven, reliable and comfortable working autonomously

- Follow up king/Queen is a must
