SPAR Australia is seeking a Customer Services Officer to support retailers and customers from our Brisbane head office. You will handle enquiries, resolve complaints, coordinate service issues and maintain training materials.
The role requires robust communication, organisation and the ability to manage high volumes while delivering excellent service. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage order coordination, and assist dispatch and sales with tracking and ETAs.
