Customer Service Operatorn
Western Sydney | Permanent Full-Time | $65,000 + Supern

n Join a supportive team and become a key point of contact for customers and sales teams across Australia. An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Customer Service Operator to join a long standing global organisation.n

n This is a hands-on customer service role where you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with warehouses and freight providers, and supporting the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.n
n
n You’ll be joining an established team and will work closely with the Hub Manager and broader sales and warehouse teams.n
n
n
About the Rolen
nYou will be the key point of contact for customers and sales representatives, helping to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.n
n
n Your responsibilities will include:n
n

n
- Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries relating to orders, products, pricing and availability

n
- Processing customer orders accurately through SAP

n
- Liaising with warehouse managers, sales representatives and freight companies regarding orders and deliveries

n
- Following up outstanding orders, backorders, stock availability and delivery issues

n
- Making proactive outbound calls to customers to follow up enquiries, quotes and orders

n
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and generate additional business

n
- Providing sales support to Business Development Executives, including stock level reporting and order assistance

n
- Managing enquiries through the ticketing system and shared inbox

n
- Processing invoices and general administration associated with customer orders

n
- Building robust relationships with customers through reliable, responsive and professional service

n




- Working closely with the broader Hub team to resolve customer, stock and delivery issues
n

The role will involve a combination of inbound and outbound customer contact. While call volumes will vary, the successful person will be comfortable working in a busy environment where customer service, accuracy and responsiveness are important.n

About Youn
nYou’ll be a confident and proactive customer service skilled who enjoys speaking with customers and getting things done.n
n
n To be successful, you will ideally have:n
n

n
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales support or a strong desire to learn

n
- Strong verbal communication and a professional telephone manner

n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders

n
- Confidence making outbound calls and proactively engaging with customers

n
- A genuine commercial mindset and willingness to identify sales opportunities

n
- Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office

n
- Previous experience using SAP although training will be provided

n
- Experience working with ticketing systems, shared inboxes or CRM platforms is advantageous

n
- The ability to work collaboratively with sales, warehouse and operational teams

n
- A positive, motivated and outgoing personality
n
