The Cups Estate is seeking an experienced Chef to support our Head Chef at Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula. You will work in a contemporary, seasonal menu workplace, with a focus on local produce and estate wines.
Key duties include prep and service, stock control and menu development, and stepping in when the Head Chef is away. Full-time role, 38 hours per week, Thursday to Monday, approx 8:30am–4:30pm. Salary negotiable based on experience.
