Bomba is a bustling Spanish restaurant at the top end of Lonsdale Street with a stunning rooftop bar. We are open for dinner 7 nights a week and lunches for 5 of those days serving up delicious tapas, paellas and a sherry to match. We are looking to add another duty manager to the Bomba Restaurant team. This position offers candidates future growth opportunities into a senior management position, and shared responsibility of the Restaurant operations within a tight management circle. We are a smaller team of 8 - 10 FOH, with team culture and customer service being the centre of our philosophy.

Key responsibilities

- Follow and enforce Restaurant cycle of service standards
- Maintain both service and team culture standards
- Lead from the front as a hands on manager
- Shared responsibility of Restaurant operations within the management circle

About you





- 2+ years junior/senior management experience
- Full availability
- Skilled approach to all elements of the workplace
- Informed wine knowledge, Spanish wine and sherry is a bonus
- Able to follow and enforce Restaurant cycle of service standards
- Hands on, leading from the front manager
- Award wages, can negotiate based on experience
- Staff knock off drinks
- Growth within the business
- Internal food and wine training
- Flexible roster - not all weekend days are necessary
