GR8 Northern Ag is a family-owned and run business, that has been operating in Far North Queensland for over 25 Years. We are focused on servicing the Agriculture, Construction, Commercial and Lifestyle Industries within the region and we have been fortunate to see rapid expansion in the region over the past 10 years. As a dedicated Kubota Dealer, we offer Sales, Parts and Service on their Agricultural, Lifestyle and Power Equipment lines, which provides us with the scope to service a wide range of customers. We have also been fortunate enough to recently acquire the LiuGong brand and we are very keen to add their Construction line to our offering. We also dedicate ourselves to supplying Sales, Parts and Service for Interlink Sprayers, Krone, Kubota Implements, Baroness, Land Pride, Fieldquip, Trans Tank International (TTI), Digga etc...

Qualifications and Experience

- Cert III in Heavy Commercial, Vehicle, Mechanical Technology or similar qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.




- Strong leadership is an important quality that we are pursuing.
- Communication skills are also extremely important in this role.
- Applicant must hold a current Driver's License.
- A Forklift License would also be a bonus, but this can be provided whilst in the role.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Maintaining existing relationships with our valued customers, whilst pursuing new Service opportunities.
- Day to day management and leadership of our team of technicians, working in close quarters with our Foreman.
- Striving for continual improvement and enhancing our customer's experience.
- Maintaining safety standards and ensuring a solid safety culture for staff. Monitoring of tooling and workshop to ensure a safe working environment for staff.
- Coaching and developing technicians with a strong emphasis on training.
- Providing Warranty/ Program support, working in with our suppliers.
- Creating strategies to work towards set goals and KPI's.
