EML is seeking an in‑house Legal Specialist to join our Claims Business Unit in Sydney or Newcastle on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will leverage your workers’ compensation knowledge and legal expertise to strategically manage and resolve claims, including Work Injury Damages and statutory matters.
You will provide guidance to the claims team, collaborate with external panel providers, and support portfolio reviews while upholding a high standard of service for stakeholders.
