We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers for casual positions in the Fraser Coast region , including Hervey Bay and Maryborough sites.

n

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, person-centred care and support.

About the Role n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Providing personal care (e.g. showering, grooming, toileting)
n
- Assisting with domestic tasks (e.g. cleaning, laundry)
n
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition plans
n
- Assisting clients with community access and social activities
n
- Providing support at respite centres
n
- Travelling between client homes during your shift
n

What We Offer nn
- $44.59 per hour plus penalties and allowances
n
- Paid travel time between clients
n
- Reimbursement for kilometres travelled during shifts
n
- Adaptable weekday shifts (Monday to Friday only)
n
- Minimum requirement of 1-2 shifts per fortnight
n




- Immediate start available for the right candidates
n
- Choice of long shifts (5-6 hours) or short shifts (3-4 hours), typically scheduled from morning to afternoon.
n

About You - Required Qualifications and Documents nn
- Minimum 6 months to one year of paid experience in aged care or disability support
n
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) or equivalent
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
n
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- National Police Check issued within the last 3 years
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
n
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: "Quality, Safety and You"
n
- Current Australian driver's licence
n
- Registered, insured, and roadworthy personal vehicle
n
- Full Australian working rights
