Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Senior Systems Analysts to support the modernisation of a nationally significant environmental modelling platform. You will analyse complex legacy applications, databases, integrations and data assets to support the transition to contemporary, cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure. The successful Senior Systems Analysts will be offered initial 12-month contracts with the view to be extended, with opportunities in ACT, VIC and NSW and hybrid working arrangements.

The successful Senior Systems Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Analyse and reverse engineer legacy applications, databases, integrations and data flows.

Investigate SQL Server, SSAS/OLAP, data models,



calculations and reporting processes.

Document business rules, data lineage, system dependencies and technical requirements.

Support cloud modernisation, data migration, solution design and testing activities.

The successful Senior Systems Analysts will have experience in the following:

Complex systems analysis, reverse engineering and legacy application modernisation.

SQL Server, data modelling, data lineage, reconciliation and data quality analysis.

Analysing application codebases using .NET, C++, Python or similar technologies.

Data warehousing, SSAS/OLAP, dimensional modelling and technical specifications.

Candidates must be able to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
