Location: Parramatta / Work From Home – 50/50 hybrid
Contract End Date: 27 November 2026 with potential extensions
Hours: 35 hours per week
Daily Hours: 7 hours
Rate: $85 per hour + super
Overtime: Not required

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Content Officer to join a large-scale digital project and help deliver high-quality, customer-focused digital experiences across key government websites.

Key Responsibilities n

- Develop and deliver high-quality, integrated digital content with a strong customer focus.
n
- Publish and manage content across websites, ensuring compliance with accessibility and brand guidelines.
n
- Administer and manage content through Drupal CMS .
n
- Provide expert advice on digital content design, including: n n
- UX and customer experience
n
- SEO
n
- Information architecture
n
- Web analytics
n
- Accessibility
n
- Web standards
n

Essential Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: nn
- Solid hands-on experience with Drupal CMS .
n
- Proven digital content design experience.
n
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of web accessibility and accessibility standards.
n
- Experience working across UX, SEO, information architecture and web standards.
n
- Experience using digital analytics to monitor website performance and inform content optimisation.
n
- Experience supporting website migration, consolidation or digital transformation projects.
n
