We're a local electrical and air-con business that's been around Brisbane and SEQ since 2020. We're not a big faceless company. We're just real people doing honest work at an honest rate, and we're after another good sparky to join the crew.

Why we're a bit different

Pretty much all our customers have come from word of mouth or relationships we've built from scratch. We look after them and they look after us. That means steady work, and clients who actually appreciate a job done properly.

The team's growing and the vibe is great. We have a laugh, help each other out, and nobody gets left on their own. We run close to one apprentice per tradie, so if you like teaching (or still want to learn a few things yourself), you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

- Maintenance, service calls and fault-finding
- Switchboard upgrades and renos
- Custom new homes
- Residential and commercial jobs
- Showing the apprentices the ropes

We work across a bunch of different areas, and all your travel is paid.

What's in it for you

- A work ute you take home
- 4-day weeks if that's your thing
- Paid licensing and training, so you can get your full electrical and air-con tickets with us
- A paid team catch-up every month, where everyone has a say
- A valuable bunch of people to work with
- Loyal customers who are actually good to deal with

What we need from you

- QLD Electrical Licence (just got it? Even better)
- Driver's licence
- White Card
- You turn up, do the job right and don't cut corners
- You treat people's homes like you'd want yours treated
- You're keen to learn and happy to help the apprentices out
- You don't need to know it all. If you've got the right attitude, we'll sort the rest.
