Facade Care Operations - Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations / Account Manager to join our Victorian Façade Care Division at GDP Group, an established industry leader in specialist façade maintenance and access services, with offices and operations nationally across Australia.

This is an opportunity to work with some of Melbourne's most prestigious commercial assets, partnering with leading property owners, asset managers and facilities management firms to deliver high-quality façade maintenance and specialist access services.

Working closely with our Victorian leadership team, you will play a key role in overseeing operational delivery, managing client relationships, leading staff and driving performance across a portfolio of premium assets. You will help ensure our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected of GDP Group.

The duties include:

Account Management: Maintain client relationships and ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Project Management: Coordinate project delivery, timelines, budgets and scope.

Staff Management: Lead staff,



monitor performance and ensure accountability.

OHS Compliance: Ensure compliance with OHS legislation, SWMS and site safety requirements.

Resource Allocation: Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation.

Equipment Scheduling: Coordinate equipment availability and scheduling.

Project Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, staff and internal stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
