Sonya Moda is an Australian occasionwear label creating elevated, feminine designs for special occasions.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and fashion-minded individual to join our growing team.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the many aspects of a contemporary fashion business, including e-commerce, customer experience, wholesale, inventory management and studio operations.

n

Working closely with the Founder, you'll play an key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

THE ROLE n

Your responsibilities will include:

E-commerce & Customer Experience n

n
- Manage daily online orders, fulfilment and dispatch.
n
- Process customer returns and exchanges.
n
- Respond to customer enquiries and manage order-related issues.
n
- Update products, orders and inventory through Shopify.
n

Fashion Operations & Inventory nn
- Receive, organise and manage incoming stock and deliveries.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktakes.
n
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning.
n
- Prepare and coordinate wholesale orders for Myer and other stockists.
n

Studio & Brand Support nn
- Prepare garments and samples for photoshoots, fittings and buyer appointments.
n
- Coordinate PR parcels, influencer gifting and stylist requests.
n
- Organise sample shipments and showroom requirements.
n




- Assist with general studio and day-to-day operational tasks.
n

ABOUT YOU n

We're looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about fashion and interested in the behind-the-scenes workings of a fashion label.
n
- Exceptionally organised with a strong eye for detail.
n
- Proactive, reliable and confident working independently.
n
- A natural problem-solver who takes ownership and follows tasks through.
n
- Comfortable balancing administrative and hands-on tasks.
n
- Confident using Shopify, spreadsheets and general computer systems.
n
- Professional, approachable and passionate about delivering great customer service.
n

n

Previous experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, customer service or warehouse operations is highly regarded.

n

Shopify experience is a bonus.
