WynCo is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Construction Operators and Labourers for multiple TIER 1 projects across the Moreton Bay & Sunshine Coast regions.
The civil construction sector is booming and we want you to be a part of it so if you have experience working on sub-division work sites don't miss this opportunity.
These roles are casual but can lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

YOU'LL NEED:

- Driver's Licence + reliable transport
- White construction card & PPE (hard hat, long sleeve hi vis shirt, long pants, lace up steel cap boots)
- Previous experience on earthworks or subdivision projects
- Physically fit
- Operating tickets + experience (desirable) for Excavator/Moxy/Rollers

Roles on Offer:

- General civil labouring (silt fencing, temporary fencing, raking etc)
- Site preparation and clean-up




- Trenching and pipe laying labouring
- Spotting machinery and traffic management support
- Assisting operators and skilled tradespeople
- Maintaining a safe and productive work setting
- Operators expect to be operating Excavators, Moxy and Rollers etc
- Civil labouring duties across road construction and subdivision projects
- Assisting with civil drainage installation (pipelines, pits, trenching and backfilling)
- Concreting works including kerb, pavement reconstruction and footings
- Installation of underground services and civil infrastructure
