Macquarie Group's Risk Technology team is building a current risk engineering capability and an AI-first platform for investment and operational risk. The role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership across architecture, design and delivery, in a Sydney-based team.

You will design and implement scalable systems, mentor engineers, establish engineering standards and explore AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to enhance software quality and velocity.
