Balt is seeking an IT Director APAC to lead all information technology activities across the Asia-Pacific region, aligning with global strategy and regional priorities. This role may build a regional team to support business development and requires robust cross-cultural leadership and strategic thinking.

The incumbent will drive enterprise platforms deployment (ERP, CRM, eQMS, data analytics) and champion automation while traveling 50% to APAC subsidiaries, the U.S. and France as needed.
