Federato is seeking a Founding Senior Customer Engineer to lead technical discovery, solution design, and demo delivery for insurance carriers in Australia. You will create and maintain demo environments, craft configuration libraries, and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Security teams to accelerate early motion.

You’ll translate customer workflows into Federato configurations, participate in RFPs, and contribute to shared assets while traveling up to 30% to engage with clients
