About the Role
At dnata catering & retail, our Procurement & Supply Chain team plays a vital role in supporting our operations across Australia. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Broadbeach and support the delivery of efficient, cost-effective and reliable procurement services across our national network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong supplier relationships and ensuring purchasing processes run smoothly.

Working closely with our Procurement Specialists and internal stakeholders, you will help maintain accurate procurement information, support sourcing activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

In this role you will:

- Coordinate purchasing and procurement activities across the business.
- Support supplier sourcing, quotations, tenders and competitive pricing activities.
- Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, pricing and purchasing information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve pricing, invoice, purchase order and supply discrepancies.
- Monitor supplier performance,



delivery commitments and potential supply issues.
- Prepare procurement reports and analyse spending, pricing and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain procurement data using JDE and other business systems.
- Support process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.

About You

- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or commercial administration.
- Good understanding of sourcing, supplier management and purchasing processes.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement systems.
- Experience with JDE, ScanMarket or Power BI will be highly regarded.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- A relevant qualification or CIPS accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience in aviation, catering, food manufacturing or a multi-site environment will be advantageous.
