We are on the hunt for an experienced, highly organised and motivated Store Manager within our Melbourne Locations. The new Store Manager must be competent in managing the daily requirements of a retail store, working with KPI's & effectively managing a team. The new candidate will also need to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent service and be somebody who genuinely loves shoes!

The minimum skills and experience required for this role are as follows:

- Have previous experience within retail, preferably in fashion or footwear;
- Is adaptable to work both weekdays and weekend;




- Having experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential;
- Previous experience managing staff and rosters;
- Experience in coaching, developing and motivating a team;
- Has a robust focus customer service; and
- Highly motivated and can demonstrate initiative.
