Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department. Working closely with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper, you will help maintain exceptional cleanliness standards and deliver consistently high-quality guest experiences across the hotel.

Your responsibilities include:

- Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure brand and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Ensure guest requests and special requirements are actioned promptly.
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or faulty equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Supporting Accor’s environmental program
- Assist in creating a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure protected work practices and compliance with WHS procedures.
- Participating in required training, briefings, and Accor Academy modules.
