We’re looking for friendly, reliable Food & Beverage Attendants to help make every one of those experiences a great one.

THE ROLE

You’ll work across our restaurant, bars and function spaces, delivering welcoming, attentive service and helping each shift run smoothly.

We’re looking for people who notice the details, take pride in their work and enjoy looking after guests. You might be welcoming a regular, recommending a meal or serving at a busy celebration—whatever the occasion, you’ll help guests feel well looked after.

Previous hospitality experience is valued, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Welcoming guests and delivering skilled food and beverage service.

- Taking accurate orders, running food and drinks, and managing your section.

- Learning our menus, specials and venue offerings to make confident recommendations.

- Supporting functions and events, including setup, service and pack-down.

- Keeping tables, bars and service areas clean, organised and guest-ready.

- Working closely with the kitchen,



bar and floor teams.

- Taking initiative and following through on guest requests.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A warm, approachable manner and pride in looking after guests.

- Reliability, punctuality and professional presentation.

- The ability to stay organised and communicate clearly during busy service.

- A willingness to learn and assist across different areas of the hotel.

- Availability for a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.

- A current RSA for roles involving alcohol service.

- Restaurant, bar or function experience is an advantage.
