This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen workplace where speed, consistency and calm demeanor under pressure are essential. You will be working a rotating roster that includes a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes consistently according to menu and standard recipes
Manage your section efficiently during high-pressure, busy services
Handle prep work, ingredient portioning and stock rotation
Maintain exceptionally high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
