We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated 2IC & Educational Leader to join our amazing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating engaging experiences for children, supporting educators, and helping deliver a high-quality care program.

You will play an important role in supporting the Coordinator, leading programs, and ensuring children feel safe, supported, and excited to attend our service.

Key Responsibilities:

Vacation Care Program Planning

- Plan, organise, and coordinate exciting vacation care experiences, including excursions and engaging activities.
- Create programs that reflect children’s interests, encourage participation, and support positive learning experiences.

Before & After School Care Supervision

- Take on supervisory responsibilities during allocated shifts.
- Support the smooth daily operation of the service while ensuring children’s safety, wellbeing, and engagement.

After School Care Program Development

- Support the Coordinator in developing, planning, and implementing the weekly After School Care (ASC) program.
- Assist in creating a variety of fun, meaningful,



and inclusive activities that meet children’s interests and developmental needs.

Coordinator Support

- Assist with program preparation, daily operations, and maintaining a high standard of care.
- Support educators and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Hours:

- 19.5 hours per week on the floor
- 10.5 hours per week administration/program planning
- Total: 30 hours per week

- Confident supporting a team and taking leadership responsibilities.
- A creative thinker who enjoys planning fun and engaging programs.
