The Opportunity
We are seeking an Academy Coordinator to support a leading automotive training academy in partnership with a global vehicle manufacturer.
In this hybrid operational role, your immediate priority will be to strengthen and maintain project financials—focusing on project cost reconciliations, client billing, purchase orders, and corporate credit card expenses. As these processes become established, you will progressively take on broader responsibilities across training program coordination, event logistics, and dealership support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate client billing packs, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
- Perform monthly project cost reconciliations, monitor budgets and variances, and track pass-through expense recoveries.
- Reconcile corporate credit cards, audit employee expense claims, and maintain complete, audit-ready financial records.
- Progressively coordinate end-to-end Academy training sessions, roadshows, and product launches, managing venues, catering, schedules, and materials.
- Maintain training records, coordinate Learning Management System (LMS) updates, and provide first-line support for dealership enquiries.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in project administration, operations coordination, or a dual coordination and accounts support role.
- Practical financial administration capability, including reconciliations, purchase orders, invoicing, and expense management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, and data tracking) and Microsoft 365.
- High attention to detail with the ability to investigate discrepancies, balance competing deadlines, and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Relevant qualifications in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Business, or prior experience in automotive or corporate training environments, are highly regarded.
Why Join MSX?
- Opportunity to partner with leading global automotive brands.
- Shape and elevate learning design standards across multiple markets.
- Lead high-impact, visible training programs from concept to launch.
- Collaborative, flexible, and supportive global team environment.
- Chance to contribute to the future of automotive capability and learning innovation.
