Marradong Contracting Pty Ltd is currently hiring a full time Accommodation Manager at Marradong, WA. · Directing and overseeing reservation, whilst leading daily operations at front office and housekeeping departments.

· Plan, organise, and direct team members to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

· Train new staff to meet required standards and ensure continuous development.

· Handle complaints and maintain high standards of customer service.

· Planning functions, activities and monitoring financial records.

● Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experience.





● Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Commitment to excellent customer service.

● Strong work ethic.

● Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.

● Current C Class Driver's Licence.

● Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.

● Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.

● A positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
