- Establish and implement end-to-end dealer onboarding and account management pipelines, workflows, SOPs and service standards.
- Develop structured processes for dealer communication, lead follow-up, issue escalation, account performance reviews and contract renewals.

Dealer Relationship & Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, sales managers and key stakeholders.
- Oversee dealer onboarding, day-to-day account management and overall service delivery to ensure a positive dealer experience.
- Manage qualified lead (QL) disputes, customer concerns and complex account-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

- Monitor dealers lead follow-up activities and guide the Account Team to improve dealer engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Oversee billing coordination, monthly performance reviews, contract renewals and account retention activities.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

- Lead, coach and support the Account Team to maintain consistent service standards and achieve account performance objectives.
- Gather dealer feedback and collaborate with Operations and Product Teams to improve lead quality, platform performance and customer experience.
- Work closely with the Country Manager and senior management to align account management strategies with business objectives and identify growth opportunities.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

- Establish account performance tracking and reporting processes to monitor dealer engagement, service quality, retention and account health.
- Continuously improve account management workflows, team efficiency and service delivery processes to support business growth and scalability.

About You

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B account management, client relationship management or a related field.
- Proven experience building or scaling account management teams, including establishing workflows, SOPs and service standards.
- Experience in the automotive, digital marketing, technology or related industries would be highly regarded.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and handling escalations independently.
- Ability to analyse performance reports, identify opportunities for improvement and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Robust leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
