Someone who's spent a good few years in agency life, knows how to run accounts, manage integrated campaigns and build strong client relationships, but still has plenty of ambition to learn and grow.

We're an independent creative agency working with some exciting brands across Australia and internationally. Our work spans brand strategy, creative, traditional advertising, out-of-home, digital, social, content and everything in between.

The roleYou'll take ownership of client accounts, working closely with our creative, strategy and production teams to deliver great work and build lasting relationships.

You'll be responsible for

- Managing medium to large client accounts and being a trusted day-to-day contact.
- Leading integrated campaigns across traditional advertising, OOH, digital, social and content.
- Liaising with client agency partners.
- Turning client briefs into clear, actionable plans for the team.
- Managing budgets, scopes, timelines and deliverables.
- Keeping accounts commercially healthy, profitable and running smoothly.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and deepen client relationships.
- Working closely with our creative and production teams to deliver work we're proud of.
- Anticipating client needs, solving problems and making sure our clients feel genuinely looked after.
- Getting involved in campaign shoots, productions and activations.
- Travelling interstate and occasionally internationally for client meetings and projects.





About youIdeally, you'll bring:
- 6+ years of agency account management experience.
- Based in Melbourne.
- A background in creative, advertising or integrated marketing agencies.
- Experience managing medium to large clients and multiple campaigns.
- A strong understanding of traditional advertising, OOH, digital and social media.
- Confidence managing budgets, profitability, timelines and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take genuine ownership.
- A collaborative attitude and a desire to keep developing your craft.

Experience working with automotive brands would be a huge advantage, but it's not essential for the right person.
