Fast Flow Group is a highly specialize group of companies providing solutions for rainwater management in building projects across Asia Pacific. Rapid Flow designs drainage systems that seamlessly integrate into a host building, optimizing material use and achieving both architectural and engineering expectations.

:

· Manage the financial and statutory accounting for entity assigned.

· Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.

· Prepare WIP and provide recommendation on project profitability and cost optimisation.

· Monitor trading cost and margin.

· Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.

· Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.





· Monitor cashflow and prepare cashflow statement.

· Liaise with internal and external auditors for filing on time.

· Handle tax matters including the quarterly GST filing and corporate tax.

· Ad-hoc duties assigned and this may include review of policies and procedure.

Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

· Meticulous and able to work independently

· Well versed in English
