Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking an accountant who enjoys stakeholder engagement to join their team. /n The Role /n Reporting to the Accounting Team Leader, you will have a strong focus on process and procedure improvement while working with your stakeholders in terms of their financial and operational performance.

Your role will be broad and encompass a solid reporting and analysis focus and stakeholder engagement across the business. /n Duties will include, but not be limited to: /n /n

- End of month and end of financial year reporting for management

/n

- P&L; variance analysis and commentary

/n

- Development and review of budgets and forecasts

/n

- KPI reporting

/n

- Process improvements

/n

- Stakeholder engagement aimed at building stronger links to the finance function

/n

- Other adhoc duties as required

/n /n The Candidate /n Proactive and results oriented,



we are seeking an Accountant with experience working across the full EOM process in a medium to large business or someone looking to make the leap from Business Services to commerce. Ideally recently CA/CPA or studying towards, you will have: /n /n

- Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on internal controls and process improvement

/n

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

/n

- High intermediate to advanced Excel skills

/n

- Robust analytical focus and the ability to assess and improve processes

/n

- A highly driven attitude and enjoyment of working within a high-performing, team-based environment that likes to have fun while they work
