Salary: AUD $85,000 – $115,000 per year + Superannuation
Sterling Crest Accounting & Advisory Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Canberra. The ideal candidate will support financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare BAS, GST, and tax-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and organisational skills.
- CPA/CA qualification is an advantage.
