We are a highly regarded specialist commercial fit‑out and refurbishment contractor delivering projects across commercial offices, healthcare, education, hospitality, government, high‑security and live environments.

We are now seeking an Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our Brisbane‑based team.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our project and finance teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Project time entry — entering hours worked against projects and ensuring accurate allocation

- Bank reconciliations — assisting with regular reconciliations and identifying discrepancies

- Accounts payable processing — coding, matching, and entering supplier invoices

- Accounts receivable – raising service invoices

- General admin support — helping the team stay organised and efficient. Maintaining various reports across the Company’s reporting program.

- Using modern systems and tools to streamline workflows (we love people who find smarter ways to work)

- Other reception duties





This role suits someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys problem‑solving, and likes being part of a supportive, easy‑going team. Rolel will start at 30 hours per week spread over 5 days with potential to turn into a full-time role next year.

About you

- Effective time management and organizational skills

- Experience in Pronto would be advantageous

- Experience with the Microsoft suite required

- Able to handle confidential information relating to project, subcontractor and supplier costs and performance
