Accounts Officer

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accounts Officer to join our finance team. You will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and the end-to-end accounts receivables process in the company. This role is full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend. Apply now as we are looking to fill this role immediately.

Duties include:

- Processing direct debit and credit card transactions

- Receipting

- Refunds

- Concession claims

- Account reconciliations

- Reconciling the company’s billing and accounting software





- Investigating and processing customer credit claims

- Assisting with other adhoc reporting, analysis and reconciliation as required in the operations of the finance team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in a similar accounts officer or assistant accountant role
- To be meticulous and careful in your work
- To be hardworking and reliable

- Good people skills, able to work in a team environment with a range of stakeholders
- The ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise and work autonomously in a busy setting

- Proficient with MS Excel

- Xero software experience preferred
