About the role

Beacon Minerals is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in our Boulder, WA office. This full-time role is responsible for managing the company's account's payable function. You will play a key part in maintaining our financial records and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our suppliers.

Key responsibilities

- Action the Accounts payable email inbox

- Accurately process all creditor invoices as per legislative requirements and company policies

- Reconcile supplier statements monthly

- Credit Card Reconciliation

- Reconcile bank accounts

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding purchase orders, receipting and queries

- Assist with half yearly and annual audits

- Bookkeeping duties including reconciling balance sheet items

- Process employee expenses and reimbursements, according to procedure

- Maintain filing of creditor transactions

About you

- 3-5 years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in a similar role within the mining or resources industry





- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills

- Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite

- Clear and concise communication and friendly interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills

- Must currently reside in Kalgoorlie or surrounding area
