As we continue to expand our national footprint, we are seeking an experienced Acquisitions & Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving our next phase of growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and facilitating strategic acquisition opportunities across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.

Working closely with our State Heads of Developments, you will play a hands on role throughout the acquisition lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and assessing development potential through to feasibility modelling, due diligence, commercial negotiations and settlement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and assessing on-market and off-market land acquisition opportunities.
- Undertaking detailed development feasibilities using Estate Master.
- Leading and coordinating acquisition due diligence, including planning, engineering, infrastructure, environmental and commercial assessments.
- Assessing development risks, opportunities and financial returns.




- Supporting commercial negotiations and structuring acquisition arrangements, including joint ventures and landowner partnerships.
- Preparing investment recommendations and acquisition submissions for the Executive Team.
- Building strong relationships with landowners, agents, consultants and industry stakeholders.

Your Experience

We are looking for a commercially astute, motivated and analytical property professional with a strong understanding of residential land development and a passion for identifying new opportunities.

To be successful, you will bring:

- 5+ years' experience in land acquisitions, property development or development management.
- Strong proficiency in Estate Master and development feasibility modelling.
- Demonstrated experience undertaking acquisition due diligence and assessing development opportunities.
- Sound understanding of greenfield residential developments, planning processes and infrastructure requirements.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and financial analysis capabilities.
- Established relationships within the property development industry.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and collaborate across a national team.
