Role descriptionI’m looking for a highly organised and proactive contractor to support me in the day-to-day administration of my growing NDIS practice.
The role will begin with around 5–8 hours of administration per week. You’ll help me keep on top of paperwork, records, communication and general business tasks, and bring structure to a growing workload. The initial work will be based at my home office in Ridleyton, with the aim of transitioning to remote work.
As we get to know each other and establish that we work well together, there may be an opportunity for the role to grow into NDIS Support Coordination. This could include working directly with participants and, over time, managing your own caseload. Any transition would depend on the needs of the practice, your experience and how the arrangement is working for both of us.
I’m looking for someone who:
- Takes initiative and can work independently
- Is organised, reliable and responsive
- Has robust written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable handling administration and keeping accurate records
- Works in a person-centred and holistic way
- Is interested in developing into Support Coordination over time
