We’re looking for someone who’s part air traffic controller, part octopus, and 100% admin superstar.

You know who you are.

You secretly love a tidy inbox, get a ridiculous amount of satisfaction from ticking things off a list, and notice the tiny details everyone else misses.

You have next-level attention to detail, incredible follow-through, loads of initiative and that wonderful quality you just can’t teach - a genuine “I give a damn” attitude.

You love a valuable process, can juggle eight things at once without dropping the ball, and you’re not afraid to chase people up.

You’re confident, resourceful, great with people and comfortable with technology.



A little Canva knowledge would be a bonus, but definitely not essential.

We’re a busy, growing business in Albion Park Rail, looking for someone brilliant to join us in a part-time admin and operations role.

20–25 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for the right person.
