/n Kennedy Reid is building a talent pool of experienced administrative and business support professionals for opportunities with a large Australian law firm with a national footprint./n

/n /n

/n We would like to hear from people who keep busy professional teams organised and deliver excellent service to colleagues and clients. Your background may be in a law firm or another professional services environment./n

/n Opportunities may span office administration, reception and client services, executive or team assistance, billing and accounts support, and other operational support functions./n

/n /n

Depending on the role, your work may include:/n

/n /n

- Managing diaries, meetings, correspondence and team administration

/n

- Welcoming clients and coordinating front-of-house services

/n

- Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations

/n

- Supporting billing, expenses, records and internal processes

/n





- Liaising with stakeholders and keeping competing priorities on track

/n We would welcome experience in:/n

/n /n

- Administration or business support within a law firm or professional services organisation

/n

- Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel

/n

- Managing deadlines accurately in a busy, client-focused workplace

/n

- Handling confidential information with discretion

/n Legal practice systems, billing experience or exposure to more than one support function would be valuable, depending on the opportunity./n
