The Role

This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

As Commercial Administrator Reporting, you will provide accurate and timely administrative, reporting and systems support across Sales & Commercial activities.

You will coordinate recurring commercial processes, including data maintenance, reconciliations, purchasing, pricing support, reporting and schedule administration.

You will build effective internal relationships while providing flexible support for changing business priorities, projects and ad hoc requirements.

Maintain and validate commercial data, trackers, databases and reports

Prepare recurring contract, customer, KPI and management reports

Perform reconciliations and investigate or escalate discrepancies

Maintain pricing, index, rise-and-fall and commercial reference information

Support purchasing, goods receipting and routine invoice processing

Coordinate diaries, meetings, schedules, travel checks and action follow-up

What you’ll bring

You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture

Experience in administration, commercial support, customer service or a related coordination role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word





Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system is desirable

Sound numerical, reconciliation and data-checking capability

Strong attention to detail, explicit communication and the ability to manage changing priorities
