As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our national healthcare workforce, we're inviting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Clinical Leads across the Central Coast and Central West regions of NSW to join our growing Aged Care Talent Pool.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced aged care professionals who are passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care and making a meaningful difference in their local communities.

To express your interest, you'll ideally have:

- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-graduate clinical experience.
- At least 12 months' experience working within the aged care sector.
- A solid understanding of person-centred care, clinical assessment and the needs of older Australians.
- Excellent communication,



clinical judgement and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- For Clinical Lead opportunities, demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, supervision, quality assurance or clinical governance.
- A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care within regional communities.
