We are seeking an experienced Lead Agentic AI Engineer to design, build and maintain intelligent AI agent systems for an innovative AI-powered chat application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI agent development using Google ADK or frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI.
- Develop backend services and MCP integrations using Python, FastAPI and FastMCP.
- Implement REST APIs, asynchronous workflows and SSE streaming.
- Integrate AI agents with backend services and frontend applications.
- Drive testing, performance optimisation, monitoring and production delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of Python software development experience.
- Recent hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents.
- Robust experience with FastAPI, asynchronous Python and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of MCP, prompt engineering and RAG.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker and CI/CD.
- Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
