The Role

We build custom AI systems for established businesses here on the Sunshine Coast. These are working systems built around how each business actually runs.

You’ll live inside Claude Code & Claude Projects. You’ll be the person who takes what’s agreed in our client meetings and turns it into shipped work: changes built, systems improved, clients supported.

You’re not a junior dev waiting for support tickets.

You’re the systems layer of the company.

What you’ll do

- Live in Claude Code. Most of your day is building, testing & shipping inside it.
- Implement changes to client systems agreed in client meetings.
- Keep improving our monthly service clients’ systems.
- Raise the bar on everything we build: UI design, security & reliability.
- Report daily across multiple communication channels.
- Audit our own workflows and write better SOPs, so our fulfilment improves every week.
- Answer non-technical, successful founders with confidence & clarity.

You need to have taste & understand our clients You know good design when you see it, and “almost right” bothers you. You know business owners don’t pay for 'vanity dashboards'. They pay for hours back. The best thing you’ll build here is a screen a busy owner who leads their industry opens every morning, because it’s so clear they never have to think about it. You need both the eye & the practicality.

Who this is for

- You’re early in your career & you take ownership like it’s your own business.
- You’re hungry, consistent & you have high integrity. “I haven’t done it yet” & “I broke it” come out early, without being asked.
- You’re details-obsessed. A typo in a client report bothers you until it’s fixed.
- You’re systems-minded. You can’t look at a workflow without seeing the step that shouldn’t be there.




- You’re proficient in Claude Code or Codex, or you’ll learn them quick.
- You’re a confident communicator. You can sit across from a successful founder who doesn’t speak tech, answer their question straight, & leave them more confident than before they asked. In writing, on the phone, in the room.
- You love the feedback loop of real businesses using real AI, and seeing the difference it makes.

Whether you have a Degree or self-taught, it doesn’t matter as much to me. I hire on values & attention to detail, not just your CV. I can teach you the stack. What I can’t teach is caring about the details.

Who this is not for

- If you’re not willing to go all in, this isn’t for you. It’s full-time. No side hustles.
- If you need someone to structure your day for you, or you’d rather be told what to do than have ownership, this isn’t the role.

Value fit matters more to us than anything else. I want to play long-term games with long-term people.

Pay

$70,000 + 12% super ($78,400 package).

Plus a service retention bonus. When a client in your care stays for 6 consecutive months, from month 7 you earn a share of their monthly fee, every month they stay.

- Your income grows as client retention grows, month after month, on top of your base.
- There’s no cap. The success of clients means your income grows.
