We are currently seeking experienced All-Round Operators to join our clients team in a Busselton based role. Applicants must reside in Busselton or the surrounding areas to be considered for this position.

This is a great opportunity for experienced operators who are confident operating a range of heavy mobile equipment and are looking to join an established operation. The successful applicants will work an 8days on 4days off roster.

About the Role

The successful applicants will be responsible for operating a range of mobile plant equipment to support site operatios. duties will include:

- - Operating Excavators proficiently, including loading trucks.

- - Carrying out Dozer operations, with tailings experience highly regarded.

- - Operating articulated Haul Trucks as required.

- - Operating water carts as required.





- - Supporting general site operations and meeting production targets.

- - Conducting pre-start inspections and ensuring equipment is operated safely.

- - Working collaboratively with the wider site team to ensure efficient operations.

About You: To be considered for the role, you will ideally have:
- - Proven experience as an All-Round Operator within the mining or civil industry.

- - Strong operating skills and experience on excavators.

- - Tailings experience, highly regarded.

- - Experience operating articulated haul trucks and watercarts.

- - A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.

- - Ability to pass a Pre-Employment medical and lab drug and alcohol test.
